The Business plan supports up to 10 team members sharing the same product inventory. Each team member gets their own login and reminders. The owner controls which products are shared and can remove members at any time. No IT setup or complex software is needed — it runs in any web browser.

It depends on your plan. The Pro plan supports up to 3 members including the owner. The Business plan supports up to 10 members. The Lifetime plan supports unlimited members. Members always join for free — only the group owner needs the paid plan. You can add, remove, or re-invite members at any time from your settings.

Members can add their own products and choose to share them with the group. However, members cannot edit or delete products that the group owner shared — only the owner can do that. This prevents accidental changes to shared data. Members can mark products as used, which applies to their own view, and can leave the group at any time from their settings.

Family members receive email reminders for shared products based on their own notification settings. If a member has set reminders for 1 day, 7 days, and 30 days before expiry, they will receive emails at those intervals for every shared product they have access to. Members on a paid plan also receive WhatsApp reminders for shared products. Notification settings are personal — each member controls their own.

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Family tab. If you have a Pro, Business, or Lifetime plan, you will see an option to create a family group and invite members. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click Send Invite. They receive an email with a secure link. When they click it, they are taken to a page where they can create a free account or sign in — no payment is asked at any point. Once they accept, they appear as an active member in your family group.
