2. Service Description

Expirel provides product expiry tracking and habit tracking services through web applications. Our services include:

Basic streak tracking

Google Ads supported

Premium Services

Expiry Tracking

Unlimited product tracking
WhatsApp/Email/Push notifications
Advanced analytics
Priority support
Data export features

Habit Tracking

Advanced streak analytics
Goal setting & progress tracking

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Free Plan

Available forever - no credit card required
Upgrade to paid plans anytime for premium features
No cancellation needed - switch between plans freely
All plans can be changed or upgraded at any time

Paid Plans

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing
Cancel paid subscription anytime to return to free plan

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use Expirel for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

Submit false or misleading product/habit information

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts

Interfere with or disrupt the service's security features

Use the service to track controlled substances without proper authorization

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Expirel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the product data and habit information you submit, but grant us a license to use that data to provide the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Important: Expirel is a tracking and reminder service. We do not guarantee:

100% accuracy of expiry date predictions

Delivery of all notifications (due to technical issues)

The safety or quality of products you track

Prevention of product consumption after expiry

Habit completion or behavior change outcomes

System availability or uninterrupted service

You are solely responsible for verifying product safety, following manufacturer guidelines, and making informed decisions about your habits.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expirel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Your inability to use the service

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service

Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through the service

Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss incurred as a result

Any decisions made based on habit tracking analytics

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the service or by email.

By continuing to access or use our service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
